This permit allows graduates to live and work in Brazil without the need for prior work experience. Applicants must have a job offer from a Brazilian employer to qualify. ​
To apply for the two-year post-study work permit in Brazil, follow these steps:​ Secure a Job Offer: Obtain a formal job offer from a Brazilian employer.​ Prepare Documentation: Gather necessary documents, including proof of degree completion and the employment contract.​ Submit Application: Apply for the residence permit within six months of graduation.​ Register with Federal Police: Upon approval, register with the Federal Police to obtain a national migration registration card (CRNM).
To be eligible for the two-year post-study work permit in Brazil, international graduates must:​ Have completed an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited Brazilian institution.​ Have a job offer from a Brazilian employer.​ Submit the application within six months of graduation.​ While hybrid courses are acceptable, most of the education must have been completed while the student was physically present in Brazil. ​
