The faculty's infrastructure is modern and comprehensive, centered around the Biomedical Building for pre-clinical studies, which houses histology, anatomy, and biochemistry laboratories. The Simulation Center offers advanced training in a risk-free environment with full-body manikins and virtual reality tools. The entire campus is interconnected with the Motol University Hospital, providing direct access to clinical departments, operating theaters, and diagnostic centers. IT infrastructure supports e-learning platforms, digital libraries, and research databases, with high-speed connectivity across all buildings.
Student life at the Second Faculty is vibrant and collaborative, balancing rigorous academics with rich extracurricular activities. The faculty organizes annual events like the Matriculation and Graduation ceremonies, the MedBall, and the "Second Faculty Day." Students are encouraged to participate in scientific conferences, such as the International Medical Postgraduate Conference. Located in Prague, students have access to the city's vast cultural, historical, and social offerings, from museums and theaters to parks and a lively café scene, fostering a strong sense of community among a diverse student body.

Career support is provided by the Faculty's Career Center, which offers individual counseling, CV and motivation letter workshops, and interview preparation. It organizes an annual Career Day, attracting hospitals, research institutes, and healthcare companies. The center also advertises job shadowing opportunities, clinical placements, and open positions. The extensive alumni network provides mentoring and networking opportunities. Given the faculty's reputation, graduates are highly sought after by Czech hospitals and have a strong foundation for pursuing medical careers across the EU and beyond.
