1) Application form
2) CAD $350 application fee
3) Proof of graduation from a high school or equivalent
4) A minimum GPA of  65%
5) Resume 
6) TOEFL/IELTS scores if the applicant’s native language is not English.
7) TOEFL iBT:65 IELTS: 5.5
