The Trafalgar campus is named after former premier of Ontario William G. Trafalgar, who created the college system.The college has grown from a local college of 400 students to one of Ontario's leading postsecondary institutions. Sheridan College Trafalgar is educating approximately 22,500 full-time and 18,500 continuing and part-time students every year. There are three campuses of the Sheridan College in different Ontario cities: Oakville, Brampton and Mississauga. On-Campus: Living on campus always brings with it its perks as there is ample of facilities one can have access to. It is always a thrilling experience to live with a diverse community of students coming from different backgrounds. Sheridan College Trafalgar feature modern, clean facilities; a safe, smoke-free environment; and fully furnished suites with common kitchen and laundry facilities. Sheridan Residence offers two-bedroom suite style accommodation, housing 824 students in two residence facilities at the Sheridan Trafalgar campus and 350 students at the Sheridan Trafalgar campus. Each resident suite is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a shared kitchenette and a shared washroom. Each bedroom has a full XL bed, desk and chair, two drawer dresser, closet space with storage and a TV. The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, kitchen table and chairs, microwave and a cabinet and sink with counter space.
