1. Academic Background

Completed bachelor's degree in a related field (minimum 180 ECTS credits)

Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 (varies by program; competitive programs may require 3.0+)

2. Language Proficiency

English-taught programs:

IELTS 6.0+ / TOEFL iBT 72+ / Cambridge B2 First (FCE)

Some programs (e.g., Theoretical Physics) may require IELTS 6.5+

Czech-taught programs:

B2/C1 level certificate (CCE exam or equivalent)

3. Entrance Requirements

Written exams: Subject-specific tests for science programs

Interviews: Common for humanities and social science programs

Research proposal: Required for thesis-based programs

Some programs may waive exams for graduates from partner universities

Notarized bachelor's diploma + transcripts (with certified translation if not in English/Czech)
