Academic Documents:

Official high school transcripts or equivalent (e.g., GCSE, A-levels, IB, etc.).

Transcripts must be translated into English if in another language.

Minimum GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent.

Entrance Test:

SAT or ACT scores are optional for most programs but can strengthen your application.

Test-optional policy is in place for many programs.

Language Test:

TOEFL: Minimum score of 61 (iBT).

IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5.

Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 90.

English proficiency waivers may be available for students from English-speaking countries or those who have studied in English-medium institutions.

Additional Requirements:

Completed application form (via SBU’s online application or Common App).

Personal statement or essay.

Letters of recommendation (optional but recommended).

Copy of passport.

Proof of financial support (bank statements, affidavit of support, etc.).
