Bachelor’s Degree: Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Transcripts: Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended.

Personal Statement: A written essay detailing the applicant’s motivation for pursuing a law degree, career goals, and personal experiences.

Letters of Recommendation: Typically, two letters of recommendation from professors, employers, or professionals who can attest to the applicant’s academic and professional abilities.

Resume/CV: A current resume outlining academic, professional, and extracurricular achievements.                                                                                                                                  

Entrance Test:

LSAT (Law School Admission Test): Most applicants are required to take the LSAT, which assesses reading comprehension, analytical reasoning, and logical reasoning skills. Southwestern also accepts the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) as an alternative to the LSAT.

Language Test (for International Students):

TOEFL or IELTS: International applicants whose native language is not English must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores to demonstrate English proficiency. Minimum score requirements vary but generally include:
