Standardized test scores (SAT / ACT): Fisher is test-optional, so scores may be submitted but are not mandatory.

For international undergraduate applicants:
Certified copies of academic records (high school transcripts).
English proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo) if English is not first language. For example, TOEFL iBT minimum ~79–80.
Non-refundable deposit and financial documentation for the I-20 visa.
For transfer students:
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended.
If fewer than 24 college credits, also submit high school transcript.
In addition, for certain programs like nursing, there are specific prerequisite requirements:
For admission to the clinical (junior) year, a cumulative GPA of ≥ 2.75 is required, and minimum GPA ≥ 2.4 in 7 prerequisite science courses (e.g. anatomy, chemistry) must be met.
