Established in 1967, the St. Lawrence College is a public college of applied arts and technology located in Ontario, Canada. The college operates three campuses, one each at Kingston, Cornwall, Brockville in the province of Ontario, Canada.
The St. Lawrence College comprises of various schools: School of Contemporary Teaching and Learning; School of Skill Trades and Tourism; School of Applied Science and Computing; School of Health Sciences; School of Baccalaureate Nursing; School of Community Services; School of Business; and School of Justice Studies and Applied Arts. The college offers diplomas, certificates, apprenticeship training programs. It also offers three bachelor degree programs in applied arts in behavioural psychology, science, and business. The program in behavioural psychology is unique, featuring more than 1,000 hours of placements in community centres, where students practice their clinical skills.
The total student population at the college is more than 7,000 students (across all campuses) of which over 200 are international students. The college maintains a low student to faculty ratio.
