The State University of New York at Plattsburgh (also called SUNY Plattsburgh) is a public college in Plattsburgh, New York. Founded in 1889, it started officially operating in 1890. Currently, the university has 5109 students out of which 4680 are undergraduate students and 387 are post-graduate students. Its parent institution is the State University of New York. The current president of the university is Alexander Enyedi.

SUNY Plattsburgh is built on a campus of 256 acres and consists of 36 buildings. The campus is constructed near Lake Champlain and among the Adirondack Mountains.
