SUNY Polytechnic Institute is based in two places Albany and Utica, New York. The institute is abbreviated as the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. The Albany campus was founded in the year 1966 and the Utica campus was founded in 1987. In 2003, the institute started offering four-year courses. The institute is an amalgamation of the SUNY Institute of Technology and the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

Visa and Immigration Support
International students applying to SUNY Polytechnic Institute are eligible for both F1 and J1 Visa depending on the course they have applied.
