Must be a Colombian citizen or foreign national eligible under Colombian law.
Priority to students from socioeconomic strata 1–3, aimed at enabling free undergraduate education .
Applicants must not already hold a prior university degree .

Identity (Citizenship card for Colombians or authorized ID for foreign nationals).
High school diploma and full transcripts (bachillerato).
Certificate verifying no prior university study.
Documents confirming socioeconomic strata 1–3 status (if applying for free tuition).
Electoral certificate (optional, used for eligible discount programs) .
3. Application Process
Online registration via ESAP’s portal during the designated enrollment period (e.g., Apr–May for the second semester) .
Applicants from strata?1–3 benefit from zero enrollment fee and zero tuition .
Others may be charged an application fee (~140,000?COP) .
Final admission is based on selection test results or internal evaluation; top scorers in specific categories (e.g., council members) receive full or partial discounts .
