The American University of Beirut Mediterraneo campus in Paphos, Cyprus features modern and sustainable infrastructure designed to support academic learning, research, and student life. The campus is built on the historic Carob Mill Warehouses site and spans around 9,500–11,000 square meters, integrating preserved stone structures with contemporary facilities. It includes modern classrooms, laboratories, student study areas, administrative offices, a cafeteria, and mixed-use buildings such as an auditorium and facility center. The infrastructure is organized around a central open green plaza that functions as a gathering space for academic and cultural events. The campus also incorporates recreational areas, landscaped outdoor spaces, skylights, extensive greenery, and photovoltaic panels, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability and modern campus design. Additionally, the infrastructure includes dedicated administration and classroom buildings connected by open colonnades, along with technical facilities such as data centers, mechanical and electrical systems, and support spaces for students and staff.
