The College of New Jersey History
The College of New Jersey also known as TCNJ is an American public college in Ewing, New Jersey. The college was established as New Jersey State Normal School in 1855 and was moved to present location in 1930s. The college presently enrolls over 7000 students.

The College of New Jersey offers a range of programs at the undergraduate and graduate level across School of Arts and Communication, School of Business, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Education, School of Engineering, and School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science.
The College of New Jersey offers 50 major subjects to choose from along with a combined BS and MD degrees with University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Some of the popular subjects include Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Sociology.

The College of New Jersey has a suburban campus spread over an area of 289 acres in Ewing, New Jersey. The college campus offers ten dining options operated by Sodexho and offers a variety of bookstores and convenience stores in addition to halls of residence for local and international students.
The College of New Jersey is also well connected to New York City and Philadelphia by train along with excellent public transportation facilities. The college campus offers facilities such as common rooms, student support services, libraries, student union, and recreational center amongst others.

The College of New Jersey is ranked 4th in Northern Regional Universities list compiled by the US News and World Report. USNWR also ranks the college 4th in the list of top regional universities in the North in year 2018.
The College of New Jersey also boasts of a 95% freshmen retention rate and 100% pass rate of education majors amongst major colleges and universities in the country. The college also boasts of an impressive 85% graduation rate.
The College of New Jersey USP
The College of New Jersey offers a number of Global Programs aimed at equipping students with valuable international exposure and varied skills. The students have an option to study in Bangkok, Majorca, and Johannesburg in Thailand, Spain, and South Africa respectively.
The College of New Jersey also offers a range of tuition fee assistance programs for meritorious students along with number of grants for sportsmen as well. The college has an acceptance rate of 48%, which makes it an averagely selective institution.
