Proof of English proficiency is required of international applicants to postgraduate programs at the University of Scranton, with a minimum score of 80 on the internet-based TOEFL or 6.5 overall on the IELTS. Transcripts, a completed application, and, if relevant, the GRE—which is optional for the majority of programs—are additional criteria. Prior to enrollment, a non-refundable enrollment deposit of approximately $6,000 USD is also necessary for visa approval.
