a) Online College Application/Paper Application
b) Non-refundable $50 application fee
c) A baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution
d) A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
e) Two letters of reference from previous employers or instructors
f) Personal statement 
g) Immunization record
h) Scores from either the MAT/GRE Exam
i) English Language Proficiency: TOEFL PBT 550, IBT 80
