University of Bari History
The University of Bari also known as Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro was established in the year 1925 in the city of Bari in Apulia region of Southern Italy. It is a state funded university and currently enrolls over 60,000 students. The university recently changed its name to University of Bari Aldo Moro to honor statesman Aldo Moro, who was a student and later taught Law, Colonial Policy, and Criminal Law at the university.

University of Bari campus is located in the southern Italian city of Bari. The university campus offers a wide array of services to the students. The campus has its own Sports Centre comprising of an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, an ice rink, athletics track, football ground, and tennis courts. The University Library a collection of over 1,500,000 books and 19,600 titles of printed journals.
