University of Bialystok History

University of Bialystok was founded in the year 1997. It is a non-profit and public university which is situated in Poland. It was chartered in 2004 and is governed by the Board of directors. It is the largest university in the north-eastern region of the Poland. It is formed by the transformation of one of the branch of other university.

University of Bialystok Programs, Courses and Schools

University of Bialystok is the renowned university of Poland. There are twelve faculties, five institutes and two colleges along with on branch in Vilnius offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degrees in around 30 different fields of study. Non-degree courses and continuing education along with research programs are also offered by the university.

Faculties of the university are highly qualified with most of them holding expertise in their field of study. Student to faculty ratio is low. University’s humanities, social and natural sciences and mathematics are known among students.

University of Bialystok Campuses

University of Bialystok is a campus with modern infrastructure. Campus is very safe with facilities for the students such as cafeteria, research labs, halls, cultural and recreational centres, centre for disable people, high-tech classrooms, playing arenas and digital access available throughout the university.

University library is a high-tech building with collection of books, e-books, journals, literatures and research guides. Virtual library, databases, internet access, computer systems and sections for each department are available. Separate study rooms and space for exhibitions and conferences is available.

University of Bialystok Achievements and USP

University of Bialystok is top university of Bialystok. Four of its faculties have been awarded with highest scientific category A. It has also been ranked among the top universities of Bialystok and also globally. Its research projects have been published.

University assists students financially by offering them scholarships, grants, loans and financial aids which are awarded on fulfilling certain criteria.
