Ans. The University of California provides housing to around 10,000 undergraduate and 3000 graduate students. Most of the students are housed in 14 complexes on the western side of the campus that is called “The Hill”. The students can also live off-campus in halls, plazas, suites or apartments. The dining facility of the University is ranked among the best in the United States. The University currently offers 3 year guaranteed housing to incoming freshmen and 1 year to incoming transfer students. The University has 4 types of housing available for students that are residential halls, deluxe residential halls, residential plazas and residential suites.
