The majority of students are based at their Streatham Campus, which is one of the most beautiful campuses in the country and offers a unique environment in which to study, with lakes, parkland, woodland, and gardens as well as modern and historical buildings. St Luke's, located on the eastern edge of the city centre, is home to Sport and Health Sciences, the Medical School, the Academy of Nursing, and the Department of Allied Health. Depending on their degree choice, you may be based at their Streatham Campus or St. Luke's Campus in Exeter, or at their Penryn Campus in Cornwall. Both campuses offer green campuses in some of the most beautiful parts of the nation and are home to 22,000 students from over 130 countries. The Penryn Campus, which is situated in 100 acres of rural land near the seaside town of Falmouth and boasts stunning views of the Fal estuary, provides the newest academic, research, and residential facilities.

Student Support

The Wellbeing team can assist students with mental health challenges and provide guidance and information on a variety of wellbeing issues because of its cutting-edge facilities for counselling and other psychological therapies. International students can receive guidance and support on a variety of topics from the International Student Exchange and Support Office. The mission of the University Chaplaincy Team is to foster faith and offer opportunities for worship. The chaplains are always available to speak privately about any personal matter, daily living, or religious concerns.

Housing facilities (Accommodation)

Living in student housing provides you with the chance to interact with people from various countries and backgrounds while pursuing a choice of courses, which enables you to quickly form friendships. Since everyone has different needs, they provide a large selection of partner accommodations that are owned, operated, and approved by the university to accommodate all preferences. The University of Exeter keeps making improvements to its buildings and adding new amenities. It is planned to start building development projects near some existing homes in the summer of 2025.

Estate Patrol is the university's in-house campus security force. They are an amiable group of officers who work around the clock to offer security and safety services on all of their campuses with the goal of creating a welcome, safe, and secure environment for everyone. They can assist with things like scheduling urgent repairs or assisting you in getting to your room if you're locked out when residence receptions are closed. They are also open at night if you need first aid or just want to talk to someone. The SafeZone App is a free app that connects you to the Estate Patrol team 24/7. If you need immediate assistance or advice while on campus, you can notify Estate Patrol. They have an amiable group of officers who work around the clock to offer security and safety services on all of our campuses with the goal of creating a welcome, safe, and secure environment for everyone. Career Support

Many of the university's programmes offer the opportunity to study or work abroad, or undertake a work placement. The university students can apply for direct entry to programmes with options to study abroad and can also transfer to the study abroad variants after the first year of study. There are approximately 70 research centers and institutes within the University of Exeter including the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies, the Bill Douglas Centre for the History of Cinema and Popular Culture, the Institute of Cornish Studies, the Environment and Sustainability Institute and the Marchmont Observatory. Every year at registration, new or continuing students are required to select one of ten statements indicating their current level of career planning. The Career Zone's goal is to empower students to "Decide," "Plan," and "Compete" for opportunities and follow their chosen graduate career path. This "Careers Registration" helps us define the support you need to succeed in your career, regardless of where you are in the process.
