The main entrance is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with building access generally restricted outside these hours. For navigation and security, a CampusCard functions as a multifunctional chip card for identification, copying, printing, and library access. The building also features covered bicycle stands for 600 bikes and 150 covered parking spaces for motorcycles
