University of Mannheim History

The University of Mannheim is known to be a research university in, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Founded in 1967, it was established by Elector Carl Theodor at Mannheim.  The university has its origins in the Palatine Academy of Sciences, as well as the Handelshochschule.

University of Mannheim Programs, Courses, and Schools

The university provides undergraduate and graduates programs in business administration, economics, law, social sciences, humanities, mathematics, and computer science and information systems. Also, it has five schools that are Business School, School of Law and Economics, School of Social Sciences, School of Humanities, and School of Business Informatics and Mathematics and two graduate colleges such as  Mannheim Business School and Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences.

University of Manheim Campuses

The university's campus is located in the center of the city Mannheim and its main campus is in the Mannheim Palace. The campus is surrounded with the Mannheim Jesuit Church, the Mannheim Observatory, and the original Antikensammlung within the Mannheim Palace.
