Once your application is submitted via UPJV, the university reviews your dossier—academic records, motivation, language level, and any research outline or references. If accepted, and you're an international applicant seeking external funding like Eiffel scholarships, UPJV forwards your dossier to Campus France for final validation. Only UPJV may submit your application on your behalf—direct submissions to Campus France or foreign institutions are not accepted
