The residence halls at the Ipswich campus are called Athena Hall. The building is privately owned and operated, although being situated on University of Suffolk property. With guidance from the Accommodation Manager at the University of Suffolk, Athena Hall was constructed in accordance with certification requirements. Students in any academic year can use this characteristic, however the following may find it especially interesting: First-time University of Suffolk students, first-time tenants leaving their parents' house, and students who are new to Ipswich and unfamiliar with the city.
