You must hold a completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) from a recognised institution. The degree should be relevant to the Master’s programme you are applying for example:
Architecture or Engineering for built environment related programmes
Design or Visual Arts for creative fields
Technology, IT, or management for tech/innovation?related master’s
If your degree was completed outside the EU, UTA Warsaw may require an academic evaluation or diploma assessment to confirm its equivalence in Poland.
You must submit official academic transcripts showing detailed coursework and grades from your Bachelor’s studies. These records may need to be translated into English or Polish and certified/legalised depending on national requirements.
Language requirements depend on the language of instruction for the Master’s programme:
English taught programmes:
You typically need to demonstrate English proficiency. Common tests include:
IELTS (overall 6.0,6.5 or higher)
TOEFL iBT (79, 90 or higher)
Other recognised certificates showing B2 level or above.
Polish taught programmes:
You may need to prove Polish language proficiency if the programme is delivered in Polish.
