University of the Sinos Valley History

University of the Sinos Valley was established in the year 1969. It is a private and Jesuit university which is situated in Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. It holds its origin from the year 1869 as Colegio Nossa Senhora da Conceicao which became first official school of the state. Later it specialised with the school in philosophy, literature and sciences.

University of the Sinos Valley Programs, Courses and Schools

University of the Sinos Valley is organised into six schools and five technical institutes with multi-disciplinary departments. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs. It also offers research, diploma, language course, specialisations, professional master’s and distance education.

Its teachers hold master’s or doctoral degrees and are trained enough to guide students. Additional degree courses include student exchange program, e-learning, extension courses and internship programs. It is recognised for its learning in science, technology and innovation at global level.
