The University of York Campus Safety staff provides round-the-clock support to all residents, students, and employees through the Campus Safety Hub located in Market Square on Campus West. All team members have received first aid and mental health first aid training, making them your first port of call for any security or safety concerns. At the Campus Safety Hub or our Reception Points, the Campus Safety staff can answer your enquiries, offer security advice, assist any emergency services on campus, and support colleagues in Facilities Management.
