b) Secondary education from an officially recognized secondary school (high school with an average mark of 62% from the general subjects)

c) Application Review and Interview

d) TOEFL/IELTS scores if the applicant’s native language is not English.

e) IELTS 6 and Grade B from 174 to 180 on the Cambridge scale
