Vatel Bordeaux operates two modern campuses in the heart of Bordeaux, France the Les Halles Campus and the Les Chartrons Campus—located just two tram stops apart. Established in 1994, the campus welcomes around 650 students from nearly 60 nationalities and offers programmes in both French and English.

While the campus does not own a large on-campus residence, it works with trusted student housing providers and private accommodation partners to help students find suitable options in Lyon

Vatel Bordeaux offers a limited number of scholarships and tuition discounts to support outstanding and deserving students, although it does not provide a large institutional scholarship programme. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis, with selection based on academic performance, financial need, and the student's positive contribution to the school community.

Vatel Bordeaux offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in hospitality, hotel management, tourism, and wine & spirits management. Programmes are available in English or French and combine academic study with practical training, paid internships, and industry immersion.
