General Academic Requirements:

    •    Recent Secondary Education Graduates (within the past two years):

    •    Completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or an equivalent qualification.

    •    Meeting the University’s English language requirements.

    •    Applicants with Higher Education Study:

    •    Completion of some or all of a higher education qualification.

    •    Assessment based on the Weighted Average Mark (WAM) from previous studies.

    •    Applicants with Vocational Education and Training (VET) Study:

    •    Completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline.

    •    Assessment based on academic merit and relevance of the qualification.

Specific Program Requirements:

    •    Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre):

    •    Submission of a supplementary application form and payment of an administration fee.

    •    Mandatory audition for all applicants.

    •    Applicants are ranked based on audition performance after meeting the minimum academic requirements.

Note: Applicants wishing to apply for both the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre) must submit separate applications and attend separate auditions. Successful applicants cannot transfer between these courses.
