The university's infrastructure includes a well-equipped Administrative Block of area 3257 Sq.m, which houses the Vice Chancellor Office, Examination Cell, Registrar Office, T&P Cell, Student Affairs office, Finance Section, IQAC Office and some classrooms and laboratories. The IT Infrastructure includes 5000 networked systems and Wi-Fi, with 2630 computer systems with 1 GBPS internet and 60 MBPS backup. The campus has a 1-MW roof-top solar plant and a two-acre water harvesting facility that maintains a stable water index. VFSTR implements the concept of "Waste to Wealth", with a biogas plant with an intake capacity of 1000 Kg of food waste installed and commissioned to generate 70 Kg of LPG equivalent of Biogas per day, used in the student's hostel for cooking purposes.
