The university's main building is located at ul. Choiny 2 in the Czechów district of Lublin, with the building put into use in 1999. In October, the modern Center for Medical Sciences was officially opened, serving primarily educational purposes as the main learning space for students of physiotherapy and cosmetology. The center features exercise and lecture rooms, laboratories for kinesiotherapy, physiotherapy, biomechanics, informatics, as well as extensive anatomy and medical laboratories.

The Welcome Point serves as the first point of contact for international students and staff who have arrived at the university, where they can obtain necessary information to fully integrate into the academic community of Vincent Pol University and Lublin. Staff are available to assist visitors in room 28 on the ground floor with a comprehensive range of services including: international exchange services, assistance in the recognition of diplomas, assistance in obtaining a visa, assistance in organising arrival for studies, assistance in organising a residence card, assistance with accommodation during studies, assistance in obtaining insurance and opening a bank account, information and acclimatisation activities, and assistance in providing care during stay in Poland

Student Safety

Both Polish and foreign students assess the level of safety in Poland and during their studies in Lublin as high. Students feel safe in the Lublin city area in a similar way, both during the day and after dark. Research has shown that there were no significant differences in the assessment of the feeling of safety among students from different backgrounds. The university's buildings are equipped with video surveillance for maximum comfort and security. Students are required to comply with health, safety and fire protection regulations. The university provides safety clothing (lab coats, uniforms) and requires an extra pair of shoes for practical training. Quiet hours are observed in student accommodation between 23:00 and 7:00.
