1. Unofficial Transcripts

Submit unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you've attended. These should be uploaded directly to the online application portal. Official transcripts will be requested later if your application progresses. 

2. Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $44 USD is required. The application is considered incomplete until this fee is paid or waived. 

3. Test Scores (If Applicable)

International applicants must submit English proficiency test scores:

IELTS

**Duolingo English Test
These scores are necessary unless you have a degree from an English-speaking institution. 

4. Letters of Recommendation

Provide three letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your academic or professional work. These should be submitted electronically through the application portal.

5. Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Include a current resume or CV detailing your academic background, research experience, relevant work experience, and any publications or presentations. 

6. Statement of Purpose

Write a statement outlining your academic and professional goals, research interests, and reasons for pursuing a graduate degree at VIMS. This is a critical component of your application.
