Applicants must submit an official application, official high-school transcript and copy of SAT or ACT scores.
First-year requirements include: a high school diploma (or equivalent); completion of 16 units of academic high school courses, distributed across English (4 units), Mathematics (3 units), History/Social Sciences (3 units), Laboratory Science (2 units recommended for science major) and Academic Electives (4 units).
Transfer students must submit an official application and official transcripts from all prior institutions. A cumulative college GPA of 2.0 or higher is required in many cases; grades of C- or better are acceptable for transfer credit.
For international undergraduate applicants: Secondary school GPA of 2.75 (as per the international students page), plus proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL iBT 80, CBT 213, paper 550; IELTS 6 or higher; or DET 105) if English isn’t the native language. SAT/ACT alternative may also be considered.
Standardised test requirements appear somewhat flexible: While SAT/ACT submission is listed, some sources indicate the school may have a “test-optional/flexible” approach.
