Yes, you can stay in Poland for up to 12 months after completing your degree program. Your residence is conditional on your student visa's expiry date. As long as it remains valid, you are allowed to stay and work full-time while searching for employment

If you need to renew your visa while still studying, you can do so by visiting a Polish consulate in your home country during holidays. In exceptional cases, visa extension may be possible in Poland by contacting the immigration department at your nearest Provincial Office (Urząd Wojewódzki) .
