To apply for a master’s programme, international students need to submit a completed application form along with required documents through the university’s online recruitment system. Applicants must provide a bachelor’s degree diploma (completed first-cycle studies) that is officially recognised in Poland; this includes submitting the diploma and transcript, both apostilled and translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator. A colour passport photo and proof of payment for the recruitment fee and first year tuition are also required. Candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency at a minimum level of B1, usually through an appropriate certificate. Depending on the programme, additional materials such as a personal statement or CV may be requested. If the applicant’s foreign degree has not already been recognised in Poland, they must obtain a formal recognition decision from the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) before enrolment.
