The majority of the lodging options are near the city centre, and all are near the college. The selection of rooms offers a range of amenities and costs to accommodate everyone. When applying for lodging, you have the option of using partner provider sites, which are run by outside lodging companies, or York St. John sites, which are run by their own teams. There is a strong demand for more reasonably priced university-owned rooms as a result of nationwide rent rises. All first-year students who meet the deadlines are guaranteed housing; however, they are unable to promise that every student will be assigned a room from their top three selections. Many of their students spend their first year at home or commute to York St. John. York St John university provides housing services to students. The college residential staff provides the best possible facilities to residents. The Campus Residence offers fully equipped, air-conditioned suites (see photographs). There's also a communal kitchen, laundry rooms, and several WiFi-enabled common areas for studying, entertainment and socializing.
