Zhejiang Normal University History

Zhejiang Normal University was established in the year 1956. It is a public university which is situated in Jinhua city in China. It has gone through the series of name changes from Hangzhou Normal Academy to Hangzhou Normal College to Zhejiang Normal College and finally to Zhejiang Normal University.

Zhejiang Normal University Programs, Courses and Schools

Zhejiang Normal University has got 18 academic colleges and Junior Teachers College in Hangzhou. It offers undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs in around 61 fields of study. Students can also opt for courses like research, non-degree, language, dual-degree, study abroad and cultural study tours.

Most of the faculties of the university are acclaimed and have expertise in their area of study. Some of the courses are taught in English, some in Chinese and some are taught in both languages. So, a candidate should know both the languages in order to take admission in the university.
