b) CAD $100 as application fees

c) Official high school transcript 

d) TOEFL/IELTS scores if the applicant’s native language is not English 

e) TOEFL: IBT- minimum overall score of 79 (with no less than 19 in any section; IELTS: minimum overall score of 6.0 bands (with no bands less than 6.0).
