Technical skills don't contain much weightage here and your communication and persuasion competencies are more important. So a business school application must include your leadership qualities and places where you lead a certain group. Foreign language skills, international travel and time living abroad are also important for a business school. As confidence is the key here, experiences like these enhance the experience of the person and make him/her more confident.

Teaching social emotional learning in schools ensures the overall emotional building of a student's emotional character. Introduction of emotional awareness early on makes it more internalised in a child. Many schools start this process from kindergarten and they focus on majorly five skills- self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Now these skills are taught in schools to different age groups through methods that are appropriate according to their age. For example in kindergarten students learn to describe themselves and their characteristics. They learn to label their feelings and learn how to accept staying away from home. By the time they reach fifth standard, they learn about how to communicate and vent their negative feelings, using calming strategies and avoiding bullying and stereotypes. High school students tend to be the most difficult group to deal with in these situations.
The CGHE held a meeting to discuss the prospects regarding the movement of students from one country to another for study. Since more and more students are moving to other countries, it is important to have a very structured set of rules to ensure that no student has to face any issue while traveling or studying outside of their native country. Issues like inclusivity, decolonisation and anti-racism in teaching and support structures have to be taken seriously by the universities. After the pandemic, Chinese and other Asian students were subjected to a lot of discrimination by fellow students. The amount of racist and stereotypical comments can become overwhelming a lot of times. 50% of students consider this issue very lethal and yet it is not given the importance it deserves.

Under this scheme, students from the top universities of the world will enjoy certain benefits when it comes tos studying in the UK. The top 50 highly ranked graduates will get the opportunity to study in the top universities of the UK with 3 years of work visa along with it. In this list of top ranked universities, there is no university from the South-Asian part of the country. This means that Sundar pichai, Amitav Gosh, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and all the other South Asian tycoons would have been turned down by the UK. Majority of these universities are from America which cost high fees from the international students. This means that there is no place for mediocre or average students coming from the universities that don't feature in the top 50 list.
