Being able to speak more than just one language which is your native is a great talent. Not many people are bi or multilingual. This is even more seldom for people who are natively English speakers. As English can be called as the global language of the world, the people who grow up speaking it hardly ever feel the need of learning a new language. Dual language programs are taught in two languages and help the child in becoming bilingual over the period of time. Young minds have the propensity of acquiring a new language fastly. These courses facilitate it by making the student talk, write and learn in another language over the period of the program. Instructions are also given in the related language to ensure the right amount of integration of that language.

The already existing laws guarantee a right to education for children till the age of 18 but doesn't give them a right to free education. Children from poor families who can't afford schools are the least likely ones to attend the school. So some law for the protection of these children must be made in order to ensure that these students are attending schools. After the pandemic this goal seems more important than ever before and thus the government has to take steps to ensure a thriving present for a secure future.
