Acadia University Bachelor’s Degree Admission Requirements

1. Academic Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 Average: 70%

Required Courses:

English as a Grade 12 subject

Four additional Grade 12 academic or advanced courses

Program-Specific Requirements: Must meet the subject prerequisites for the chosen program

2. English Language Requirements (For Non-Native English Speakers)

IELTS: 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0)

TOEFL iBT: 90 overall (no subtest below 20)

PTE: 61 overall (no subtest below 60)

3. Application Process & Required Documents

Application Fee: CAD $40

Completed application form
10th & 12th transcripts
Passport copy
Language test result sheet (if applicable)

Statement of Purpose (SOP)
Resume or CV
Credit card authorization form for payment

4. Competitive Admissions

Admission is competitive, meaning meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance

5. Scholarships

Entrance scholarships are available for students with an admission average of at least 80%
