Ajou University History
Ajou University is a leading engineering university in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The University was established in 1973. The name "Ajou University" represents the idea of becoming the best university to lead Asia in the 21st century when Asia becomes the center of the world.

Ajou University offers 10 undergraduate and 10 graduate programs in the sciences, engineering, health care, business, social sciences, law, and liberal arts.
Ajou University Campuses
Ajou University has a Central Library which was established on March 15, 1973, In order to contribute to the learning, cultivation, and research of students and faculty members through the collection, accumulation, and distribution of information. Also, the campus is mainly served by two large cafeterias and many minor restaurants. There are four big dormitories on campus that are Nam-jae dormitory, Yong-Ji dormitory, Hwa-hong dormitory, and Kwang-Gyu dormitory.
Ajou University Achievements and USP
Ajou University offers the Korean Government Scholarship Program for students which are engaged to provide higher education for international students, with the intention of encouraging international exchange in education, as well as mutual friendship amongst the participating countries. Applicants have to apply for this program via either an embassy or through university.
