General Admission Requirements

• High School Diploma: Applicants must have completed a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Course Prerequisites: A minimum of six Grade 12 U/M level courses, including specific subjects relevant to the chosen program.

• Minimum Average: The required minimum average varies by program:

• 65%: Most programs.

• 70%: Business Administration, Computer Science Co-Op, Psychology, and Social Work.

• 75%: Biology.

Program-Specific Requirements

• Business Administration:

• Prerequisites:

• ENG4U (Grade 12 English).

• Two U/M level Mathematics courses (Data Management recommended).

• Minimum Average: 70%.

• Computer Science:

• Prerequisites:

• ENG4U.

• MHF4U (Advanced Functions).

• One additional U/M level Mathematics course.

• Minimum Average: 65%.

• Biology:

• Prerequisites:

• ENG4U.

• MHF4U.

• Two U/M level Science courses (Biology and Chemistry recommended).

• Minimum Average: 75%.

English Language Proficiency

Non-native English speakers must demonstrate proficiency through one of the following tests:

• IELTS Academic:

• Overall Score: 6.0 (no band below 6.0) for most programs.

• Overall Score: 6.5 (no band below 6.0) for Biology, and Psychology programs.

• TOEFL:

• Internet-Based Test (iBT):

• Score: 79 for most programs.

• Score: 83 for Biology, and Psychology programs.

• Duolingo English Test (DET):

• Overall Score: 110 (no individual band below 90) for most programs.

• Overall Score: 110 (no individual band below 95) for Biology, and Psychology programs.
