Official Transcripts: Transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended, including high school records if college courses were taken during that time.
MCAT Scores: For U.S. citizens, nationals, and permanent residents, the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) scores are required. Non-U.S. applicants may submit an approved admissions exam from their country of study in place of the MCAT.
Letters of Recommendation: A minimum of one academic letter from a professor (preferably in science) and one professional letter. A pre-medical advisory committee letter can substitute these if applicable.
Personal Statement: A personal statement of no longer than 750 words, detailing the applicant's motivations and qualifications for pursuing a medical career.
Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV): A chronological history of educational, employment, and volunteer experiences dating back to high school.
