Key documents required for admission to a Master’s program at Assiut University:

Bachelor’s Degree & Academic Transcript

A recognized Bachelor’s degree (or postgraduate diploma) in a related field from an accredited institution, with a minimum "Good" GPA.

Official transcript showing courses and grades. 

Birth Certificate & National ID Card

An original or official copy of your birth certificate.

A copy of your National ID card (or passport, for non-Egyptians). 

Passport Photos

Typically 6 (for postgraduate) or more passport-size photos (e.g., 4×6?cm).

Military Service Documentation

For male Egyptian applicants:

Military Service Certificate (postponed, exempted, or completed), and official approvals as applicable. )

Employer Approval Letter (if employed)

A letter from your employer giving permission for study (or a declaration of full-time commitment if self-employed). 

Equivalency Certificate for International Degrees

For those with non-Egyptian degrees: the Certificate of Degree Equivalence from the Supreme Council of Universities (Cairo).
