A limited number of furnished rooms are available for first-year and exchange students of specific programmes on a first-come, first-serve basis
Rental prices for furnished rooms range from €450 to €750 per month, including water, electricity, gas, and internet. Rooms are fully furnished but shared (private bedroom, shared kitchen/bathroom). Rent must be paid per full semester (approximately 5 months, totalling €3500-€4000) at once when signing the rental agreement
