Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized university; international degrees require approval from Egypt’s Supreme Council of Universities 

Submit essential documents: degree certificate, official transcripts, CV, several letters of recommendation, and—where needed—a research proposal .

Demonstrate language proficiency: typically IELTS academic with minimum scores (Master’s: 4.5; for some programs higher), or TOEFL if applicable .

Provide additional paperwork: valid passport copy, passport-sized photos, medical certificate, health/insurance documentation, plus any program-specific forms

Pay the application and tuition fees, and for international students, secure a student visa and residence permit with help from the university’s International Relations Office

Some faculties may require passing a written entrance exam or interview, particularly in media, engineering, or specialized sciences
