For a Bachelor’s degree you need: payment confirmation (85 PLN), a signed application form, a high school certificate and mark sheet (in English or translated by a sworn translator, possibly recognized by NAWA), an apostille/legalisation, a passport‑size photo, a health insurance policy (€30 000 cover), and a B2 English certificate. For a Master’s degree you also need a bachelor’s degree with a transcript of records (translated and with NAWA recognition if required). Most bachelor applicants must take an entry exam in mathematics
