The Bray Institute of Further Education (BIFE) requires international applicants for undergraduate-level (PLC/Level 5/6) courses to submit an online application, meet certain academic entry requirements comparable to the Irish Leaving Certificate (5 O6/H7s), show proof of English proficiency, and attend an interview. To make sure they fulfill the basic requirements, international qualifications need to be approved.
Bife is an organization that promotes equality and diversity. By establishing a just and equal workplace for both employees and students, they hope to provide a safe atmosphere. In order for their students to thrive regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, it is critical that they provide a supportive and positive environment.
Students are encouraged by the Institute to fully engage in the Students' Union. Each course's students choose representatives for this union. The Union convenes on a regular basis to discuss matters pertaining to the concerns of students.
A list of local accommodations for students will be provided by the Institute upon request. Although learners might find it helpful, the Institute does not support any of the listed accommodations or verify their suitability. The learner and the supplier make all of the arrangements.
Many employers retain positive relationships with the Institute. Occasionally, we receive information about employment openings from both local and national employers. The Department Heads receive this information, which is then put on the Careers Notice Board.
